Bump on back after dog attack

Last week my chickens were attacked by dogs. We only lost one but a second one was bitten and injured. She limped and took it easy for a few days but five days later she behaves like she is back to normal. She hasn't laid but I figured that would return in time. That was until today when I noticed a strange bump on her back above her left wing. I know this pictures aren't great but I guess she isn't very photogenic

Her back also seems lopsided. This might look like a picture from a bad angle, but it's actually not.

Any ideas of what could be wrong? She doesn't appear to have an infection but I'm clueless as to what could be wrong.

Check the area closely. If it is warm and/or red, it is likely an abscess.

Thanks! When I went out to check on her the next day I noticed the bump had gone down considerably. She seems to be 90% healed so it won't be long until she is back to her old self!
