Bump on eyelid and lethargic

I have a 15 week old pulley who is at the bottom of the pecking order. This bump on her eye appeared about a week ago. I’m treating it with brixx chic spray. Doesn’t seem to bother her too bad. Was acting normally. But today she seems lethargic and is breathing a bit heavy. I have her separated from everyone with electrolytes and have her some b12/k supplement. I haven’t seen her poop today but yesterday was normal. Any thoughts?

It may be a peck wound, but fowl pox can also cause bumps and brown scabs on faces, combs, and wattles. You could dab a little plain Neosporin on it twice daily. B12 and K is not a good general vitamin. Human super B complex with all of the b vitamins and c, can help with general health if run down. Also a chick boost such as Poultry NutriDrench or Poultry Cell 1 ml per every 3 pounds of weight daily can be good for one that needs some help.
