Bump on skin

Hello I need some advice. My silkie seems to be developing a flesh bump where the waddles would normally grow only on her right side.she has no swelling in the face. The Shui is not tight around the flesh bump either It's hard to take a picture because of the fluff and constant movement. When I try to move her fluff out of the way she constantly shakes her head. Other than that her health is amazing. She's eating, drinking and running after her buddies. I find she shakes her head a little more than normal which is probably because it bothers her.

I would watch it for any growth in case it is a cyst or tumor. Could it be an ingrown feather cyst? Or maybe it is a deformity of the wattle? A vet might be able to diagnose it if they are familiar with chickens.

She has had the bump for about 2-3 weeks. It hasn't grown and she does have other symptoms. I'll continue my monitoring her and if there's any change I'll bring her to the vet. Thanks for the help
