Bump protruding on crop.

Last night I noticed my RR had a bump protruding out on her crop. She is the one I’ve been trying to cure of sour crop. She still lays eggs and is eating. Healthy weight and acts normal for the most part. She has lost feathers on her crop area. So nothing the bump wasn’t hard to see. It’s hard and seems warm. Not red necessarily. I have attached a photo. This was taken last night after a day of free ranging. I checked her this morning, crop was less full but this bump was still there. Any thoughts?

She may have eaten something large and hard to digest?
That is all I can think of.
