I noticed these bumps on my Australorp. She’s new to the flock but separated with the other Australorps I bought at the same time.
she’s eating and drinking fine. Any ideas?

Has she been with the other chickens at all? Have you noticed her being attacked or bullied? If yes, it could just be scabs from injuries. But if not, then it's most likely fowl pox. Can you post a better picture?

She’s been with the other 3 that are new. I’m keeping them separated. I’ve only had her for a day. I haven’t noticed any bullying or pecking. This was the best I could get. No one else has any spots or bumps

This is her this morning

I'm sorry, but I don't see these 'black bumps' you're talking about... It just looks like normal skin pigmentation to me. Black bumps from fowl pox usually look more like this:

She has a respiratory infection. This was her tonight

She could have wet pox- which is like fowl pox, but it causes respiratory symptoms. She also could be being picked on as well. If it’s just a respiratory infection, then you’re dealing with something worse. Does around her face, mouth or nares have a nasty foul cheese like smell?

She did. A couple others had the fowl smelling beaks. I did squeeze out green mucous last night. The vet had said respiratory infection. Her bumps have mostly scabbed and fallen off. Swelling is going down around her eye but still some swelling and eye bubbles

It really sounds like you may be dealing with 2 respiratory diseases at once. Sounds like Infectious Coryza and Wet Fowl Pox. Veterinarians don’t know about poultry and the diseases they can get, they only know parrot related diseases. I would get her tested or one of the others because respiratory infections are a lifelong disease, they are chronic- meaning that they can appear anytime again if the bird gets stressed again. All recovered like birds remain lifelong carriers of the disease, spreading and shedding through their feathers, feces, dander, respiratory secretions and other bodily fluids.

I took her to an avian vet that also specifically deals with chickens. She has a follow up Tuesday morning. But I’ll ask for the tests. I don’t have a large flock, only 10 birds.
