Hiya,
so one of my two ducks which i have been raising for almost 4 years suddenly started to grow/gain bumps on his bill a while ago. originally it started as a small bump (the one on the right) and i brushed it off as some sort of trauma from rummaging around in the backyard, shortly after a second one (the left) appeared. all seemed normal for a few weeks or months (i wasnt keeping track due to the hectic season) but today, i noticed a sudden and large change, the one on the right which had originally appeared first suddenly started to grow many mini bumps instead of remaining as just the one large.
i was wondering if anybody has seen or experienced something like this? im worried it might be some kind of infection and i want to be able to stop it before it grows again. my other duck does not have this issue whatsoever and i dont know how to approach this as its my first time raising ducks or any animal for that matter; despite being 4 years in haha. (also sorry for the terrible photo, he just wouldnt remain still in front of my camera
)
thanks!
