Oh he's so cute!! My daughter wants a rabbit so bad. But we've got 5 indoor cats and a bunch of ferals outside. I think it's a bad idea.

Get her Flemish or Checkered Giant - the "Maine Coons" of the rabbit world. You'll only have to supervise everyone for the first six months or so. After that, it'll likely be Top Dog!

That's definitely the kind she wants, a big one. We have a Maine Coon mix cat that is about 20 pounds, but the rest of our cats are very much on the small side. And our Maine Coon is such a sweetheart, I don't know that he'd bother a rabbit. He has never been mean to any kittens, and the one mouse that got inside oir house, he could not have cared less about getting. In fact, I had to get the thing out.

I decided to sell Clover. Listed him locally and he sold in 15 minutes to a really nice family. He will be their pet bunny and they have children so he will get plenty of attention.
Then I rushed out and got another little girl bunny from the same place. so now petunia has a friend. Even though they came from the same breeder I’m being cautious and letting them meet through a fence. I don’t know how long I should wait before putting them together though?
