They are 5 weeks and definitely independent of Her. She has been a fantastic Mommy Bunny. I think if I spay her either next Thursday or the Monday after she will be done with her Bunnies..How old are they now? Thanks ...Alright I will get Bunny Boy spayed as soon as I'm sure she is ready to wean and leave Bunnies in the Coop till 8 weeks old then...Thanks. I really just want to make sure they do well once they leave home...A lot of places have made it illegal to sell bunnies that are less than 8 weeks old. This is for the rabbits' protection; while they may be weaned earlier, they still don't handle stress well, and rehoming is an enormous stress. If you are going to wean that young, you should keep the bunnies in the same cage/run and remove the mother
