What kind or where did you get your sand? I have sand in the run but hubby didn't want to put it in the coop although I did. The kitty scoop is awesome I agree. Makes things sooo much easier. I think darling hubby just likes pine shavings to honest...lol haven't been able to convince him that a pan under the perch is the way to go either. He probably thinks he'll spill it on his head. lol

Now I really want to see your stucco coop! I'm drooling.

I just primed the walls of my coop. nest boxes and floor are not even primed.

What did you prime it with? You mean like regular primer? I did the floor because I read it makes it easier to clean. I would have lime-painted had I been able to find it locally.

My Husband gets it...Its called Hawaiian sand...Any clean sand is good...I do all the cleaning so my Husband had no choice...Happy wife, happy life....Happy Birds...

Yeah, I have a nice set up here...My son will be home later...I will send the pictures...
