Burned Fudge Stool

Good Afternoon,
I have a "concern"-
Why are my birds ( I have chickens, turkeys and ducks ) pooping out black poop?
I think the ducks and or turkeys are the ones with it.....What is happening?
Is this something I should be worried about?

Do they have access to charcoal, like a fire pit? That would be my first guess.

Cecal poops can be very dark.
Ditto the fire pit suggested above.....
.....and also they can eat dirt while digging for bugs or while dust bathing, which can give them dark poops.
