Butchering age for EE roos?

Well, I need to move some roos.

It's too bad, they are nice (right now) but anyway. What age is good to butcher EEs roos for meat?

I butcher mine any size from quail size on up to full grown, depending on if I need one for dinner, or need more space in the run, or don't want to waste the feed, or they grew out and were not up to snuff.
