Butchering Day- 75 Cornish X's! (Graphic, and Pic-Heavy)

I just finished making stock- now I'm officially DONE with all chicken related chores until spring!! Got a ton of stock so thick it looks like Jell-O. I used mostly feet and wing tips. I also just looked in my big chest freezer- it's packed completely full, and EVERYTHING in it was either raised or processed by me. Not a single store bought item in the thing! I was pretty proud when I realized that.
