Butchering them tomorrow!

It is a pullet.
One of the broilers we lost a month ago to sudden death was a cockerel and this one looks nothing like the cockerel we had. Besides, the cockerel we did have crowed a lot so I'm sure this one would be crowing like the other one if it was.

Cockerels don't all mature at the same rate. I had a Delaware that I was sure was a pullet because it's comb was so small for a long time and it didn't crow. Until I saw him doing something very un-pullet like to another pullet. I then saw the saddle feathers. When I butchered him, his testicles were half the size they should have been.

Can you see it alright? It wouldn't stop moving so it might be a bit blurry.
