Butchering your roosters!

Do Naked Necks taste as good as a Barred Rock or an Orpington? I see you have them from your signature.

Currently I only have 2 hens. And have not successfully incubated any eggs from them. I was trying to breed them with a Bielefelder for better size and with better heat tolerance from the NN. I am considering getting a cockerel or some hatching eggs so I can get a roo. There are people on the Naked Neck thread who say they are really tasty, easy to pluck and take the heat & cold well.
 
Skinning is much faster and easier than plucking all those feathers. Especially on adult birds and if you have very many to do it is faster.
