Butchs Birds Poultry Farm

I don't find those prices high at all.A possible show bird or high quality breeding birds will see that original purchase price back. Now, I won't pay that for a bird to go out in my egg layer pasture but no problem if it's for my breeding stock.

Im sorry I should re-word things-I would not pay 7.50 for a chick thats just your average run of the mill chick-(hatchery stick) you are right when you say if I was serious about a certain breed -I would pay a fortune to make sure I bought the best of the best and 7.50 is not alot for a chick of that nature-Im sorry if I offended anyone or butch??

Butch Gunerson Butchs Birds is a long time friend of mine. He was the man who started me in Exhibition Poultry. He is the president of the Wisconsin International Poultry Club. http://wisconsinpoultry.org/

The
chicks are worth $7.50 because they are exhibition quality. If you are not looking for exhibition quality then they are not your type of birds.

I actually admin the website for Butch. http://www.butchsbirds.com/index.html I am working on doing an entire site redesign.

I personally have seen his leghorn bantams and they are very good. I actually raised a flock of his leghorn bantams a few years ago and did well showing with them.

Cool ill have to talk to him about buying some from him.
Are his Orpingtons good looking??
Im assuming so
