butt problems!

One of my silver polish chicks has a swollen butt with white discharge/poo stuck around the vent! What should I do? I have cleaned it but I just want to make sure I shouldn't be worried about something more serious than pasty butt!

Yes, very similar! Can chicks get vent gleet too? My poor polish baby is only almost 2 weeks old. What do I do for a baby that small?
