Butterscotch or Apricot Silver(Call duck)? Pic

I have a little Call hen that still has me scratching my head.
Some that see her say she is a Butter, others say Apricot Silver.
Can Butters have an orange bill?

She was doing a little drilling in the mud when I took her picture.
