Button quail eggs not hatching

Hi, I'm new to this forum, writing from Los Angeles.
I have 15 button quail eggs that I've been incubating in a small "flying saucer" incubator. With the heat we've been having here I've had a very difficult time keeping a constant temperature. I couple of times the thermometer read 106. Now I'm on day 21 and now chicks. Should I abandon this project now or wait longer? From what I've read they typically hatch in 16-18 days. I see and hear no activity in the incubator.

Thank you for the welcome. I opened all of the eggs today to find no embryos in any of them. Within the first few days of incubation we had some really hot weather and I think they all died then.
