I have a mating pair of buttons that need a new home they are laying eggs everyday I need to make room for some babies I'm hatching ... limited space and too many birds LOL The male has some feathers missing and that is because his mate was eating them and I found out she needed more protein which Im giving her and his feathers are starting to grow back.
My single hen has some feathers missing on her back but thats from molting she is the white and grey speckled hen she is $5 and has been laying eggs as well.
