Woo! We’ve been trying to remember who you are because there’s someone else from Greece that is having trouble finding quail food. Let me get to that thread and i’ll tag you.I live in thessaloniki. What is your location?
Hi my friend, nice to find a patriot here!I'm so impressed you remember the town!! Go to my profile and start a conversation if you want @Johnny 17.
I'll start a conversation in Greek, ok?Hi my friend, nice to find a patriot here!
I don't know if you read the thread but I'm looking for a good quail food to feed button quails.
The guy's here told me that you are a coturnix breeder. Because I can't find a good food for this birds in our country can you help me by telling me what mixture you use for your own birds? Ι live in Agrinio by the way.
But I don't know if button quails eat something different than the common. Maybe nabiki knows.I'll start a conversation in Greek, ok?
Do you know if coturnix eat millet too? I never give them something if I'm not suremainstay food is a higher protein gamebird food and buttons love millet and mealworms for treats. ideal space is at least 1sq foot per bird of floor space minus decoration, feeders, waterers and hideaways. you may also want to consider ease of cleaning when choosing a cage design. many use aquarium or small animal/bird style cages or a converted clear tote. I mention ease of cleaning because buttons can be more flighty than coturnix and can escape during cleaning.
