Button Quail twitching and lethargic

Can someone please give me advice? My male button quail is puffed up laying face down and every now and then he will twitch, sometimes a few times in a row. This happened out of nowhere. He was fine a couple of minutes ago. Any idea what I should do to help?

It is now happening to my hen out of nowhere. We just replaced the grit, do you think she might be choking? I need help fast my male just died.

If there is something in her throat could I extract it somehow?

Do you have any electrolytes with vitamins, such Poultry NutriDrench or SaveAChick? If so hold it to his beak and dip it for a second to let him drink, swallow, and repeat. Is he having any diarrhea? Coccidiosis might be a problem, and that is treated with Corid in the water. He also could be dehydrated, have been hurt, or having a vitamin deficiency. I am not familiar with quail, so hopefully someone with mire experience can help you or you may also post of the quail forum here:
