Button quail walking backwards - is something wrong?

I can’t speak from experience, but distinctly remember reading about this on a quail-keeping blog awhile back where they claimed it means your bird is constipated. They suggested feeding cooked pumpkin.... can’t hurt to try, maybe?

I did wonder about that but they are still pooping, and it didn't look like their normal backwards poop shuffle. I hadn't heard about feeding cooked pumpkin though, that sounds like something worth trying just in case, thanks for the idea!

Its at 4 weeks so it can eat vegi's and such i forget which one but i heard if u gave it a lil too much they can get the runs o.o maybe try to get ur quail to eat a vegi snack that makes there poop soft ?
