The Bobwhite Quail eggs got here yesterday from eBay, and the same seller also shipped me some Button Quail eggs and they got here today.
In total I have almost 50, when I ordered a dozen of each.
None broken or with ruptured air sacs.

I will put them in the bator tomorrow after I let them sit overnight.

Wish me luck!

But anyways, I hope I get a wild colored roo and a silver Button hen, they are both so pretty! The rest I shall be giving to friends, but I might keep a breeding pair of Bobwhites also.

I love button quail. I might have to try hatching some out one of these days. My DD had a pair years ago that lived in a habitrail. I used to fry the tiny little eggs and put them on Ritz crackers for DD's snack when she got home from school.

Good luck on your hatch. It sounds like your off to a great start with so many extras and such good packaging.

Good luck with your hatch!

i just got five little newly-hatched button quail from a friend. i took him a silkie pair he wanted for a friend. Came back with a baby guinea and the teeny button quail babies. i don't really know what i'm doing. Guess i need to figure it out fast.
