Buying 2 pullets tomorrow -- what should I be asking?

Hi! I'm picking up 2 pullets from one of BYC's members tomorrow. I hadn't really thought about what I should have asked about health, etc. until now:-( My flock is healthy overall, all bought from a hatchery 1.5 years ago.

I've built a brooder area to separate the pullets from the adult hens for a while. But what should I be asking this breeder about healthwise?

I hear you have to ask if they've been vaccinated for coccidiosis, because you don't want to give them medicated starter feed if they have (because it will invalidate the vaccination). If it is a BYC member, I'm sure they'll be full of good info...
