Buying Egg Cartons

I buy my cartons from eggcartons.com. I buy 200 at a time.

My friend and I were told by a lady who use to work for some government office pertaining to such things (can't remember the name of the office) that if we use egg cartons and something 'bad' happens that we can be held responsible and that the company who's name is on the carton has the right to sue us. So, I am looking for egg cartons now..... I don't know if it's true - but it did seem to make sense to me.......... What do you think?
