it was! I plugged it into a outlet, it lit up for like 2-3 seconds, then blew up, sparked, and threw itself across the kitchen

How to make the perfect hot cocoa
Pour 1/2 of the amount of milk than directed in a cute mug (so if package says 8 ounces do like 3-4 ounces)
Heat milk up for 45 seconds, then add full package and stir
Add generous amount of marshmallows and reheart for 15 more seconds.
