I paid for 12 month and added MoreGFM failure in notes too.

A quick reminder: For the coupon to work you MUST add both a 12 month GFM AND a 6 month GFM to your shopping cart. If you add just the 12 month, the coupon won't work.

We've tested the coupon and it is working for us, but if you still have problems, just follow Terrie's idea: "put in the notes that you tried to use the coupon. I will add the 6 month free one manually."

I tried to add the GFM coupon but was greeted with a denial. The coupon was expired or the number allotted was met (?)....

EDIT: I just read the advice ... will add my request in the note!
