No that is NOT good!!! Please stop taking excedrine like that!! Read the label!!!! That is way too much aspirin
Yeah I know but two stopped working so I had to up it. Then up it again when 2 1/2 stopped working too.

I don’t take it that often anymore, been trying not to, and sometimes just a walk and/or food will help, but then sometimes I still slip back into taking it.

I used to take all of that stuff whenever I would barely get one but now I try to only take it when it’s extremely bad and pounding. Which it was not bad at all tonight and a walk probably would have solved it.

I am convinced you don't know what a real migraine feels like and you are too quick just to pop pills at the slightest sign of a fake headache.

Get rid of them.

You didn't even have a headache you retard and you took it anyways.
Get rid of them.
:lau

I did have one. Just not that bad of one. I thought it would get worse and turn into a full on migraine, which it usually does. But I guess I probably should have waited and seen if it did or not first.

Didn't you just say that you didn't even have a headache and you took him anyways?

Nahh, I definitely do. I used to have real ones a ton. Like full on pounding, vomiting, can’t do anything but lay down ones. But I don’t really get those much anymore. And yeah, I used to do that I think but now I’ve been better at recognizing when it will go away on its own and when it won’t. Like morning ones go away after a few hours, hunger ones go away when I eat, etc. so I’ve been better about not taking them. But do occasionally make the mistake of just grabbing them. So I think I will dump them and stop doing that.

As an RN you are worrying me @KDOGG331 Stop taking something you don't need before it becomes a sad situation
Yeah, I need to stop with them.

I always think I need it and then afterwards realize it would of gone away on its own.

Sometimes they don’t but usually they do lately so I think I’ll dump them.

I take way too many vitamins too. I think I have a problem with thinking I need stuff I don’t.

I think my main problem is I used to get really bad, pounding, debilitating ones that would turn into a full migraine quickly so I got used to just taking the medicine so I wouldn’t be out of commission and suffering all day but now I don’t get the real ones hardly at all anymore but am still in the habit of taking the medicine.
