My Fitbit got here Saturday and I finally had time to set it up this morning! Have been wearing it since about noon and just hit 10,000 steps a little bit ago.

I never have, but my neighbor used to cook lettuce and she and her husband said it was really good!

He didn’t cook this first batch quite long enough so it was a little tough but tasted similar to collard greens....not quite as bitter as turnip greens. He grilled some, he’s planning to stir-fry some, and I made us salad with dinner while camping. We have several nights of salads planned on our meal list too

I’ve been trying to be better about everything, not just the med thing, and I’m getting there, but I’m just so damn impulsive

My brain takes too long to kick on

The med thing is especially bad though because I’m gonna be killing my organs. I haven’t taken any in a little while though, been trying not to unless I really really need it, but tonight was one of those “don’t really need it but impulsively took it anyway” things

Especially downing 3 at a time on an empty stomach cannot be good.

Maybe that’s the problem!!! I will clean it tomorrow and also scoop out all the debris and maybe wipe it down or something? The sides appear to be covered in algae or slime or something. Can I add an algae eating fish or are those mostly only for inside tanks?

No that is NOT good!!! Please stop taking excedrine like that!! Read the label!!!! That is way too much aspirin

We had a garden before we had chickens. When the salad veggies started coming in and hens were laying eggs, one afternoon DD and I talked about how she could bring a lunch to school the next day that all came from our backyard. She was so excited. Then the hens jumped the garden fence and ate the lettuce to the roots. DD was in the 2nd grade, she was so angry that she wanted to cook the hens and bring them for lunch.

Yeah I probably should especially since there aren’t many left but then I worry if I actually do need it I won’t have it. Should probably dump all the other ones too like Advil, Aleeve, Tylenol, etc., we have a ton, but I don’t use any of the other ones anymore since they don’t work anyway.

Don’t mess with algae on sides....just the floating stuff and what’s clogging filters
