I have my Fitbit app set to mobile right now so it is tracking something when I carry my phone around but it's not going to be very accurate.

I might have to pull a K-dog and strap my phone to my body today.

I’m unable to walk for a few days. I’ve gotten my hourly steps so far only because I have to potty, or to deal with the dog.
My right shoe is still stuck on a garden rake in the shed. The tines are poking through about an inch or two. After my screams for help went unanswered, I got my foot out/off, and made my way into the house. I will be okay physically, but I’m still feeling anger, fear and frustration. I don’t have much physical pain anymore thanks to pain killers.
