I hit 10K steps 5 days in a row last week. I'm probably not going to be very active today. After I go to the pharmacy, I'm probably going to go back to sleep.

I didn’t sleep well last night because it was a “push Mom out of bed” night. I was up from 4-7 something, and went back to sleep. At ten I woke to a wet sensation where THE DOG PEED! I didn’t think until now that he’s likely stinky too, but he was in the snow for twenty minutes, so he is hopefully clean.
At least I’m guaranteed to not slack off today. Laundry, laundry and more laundry (want the name of my mattress pad? I am glad I have it!).

Currently 9:00 at night and at 11,279 steps and workout done! Also only ate 1,300 calories and lots of healthy protein. Feeling good!
