It's already been a month and I haven't gotten serious about doing extras. The stupid cold I got screwed me up.

it’s been difficult for me too.....with the usual and extra housework (remodeling) and mini issues......that all really sounds like lame excuses.......but it is what it is and since i can’t seem to squeeze more than 24 hours out of a day.....

yeh i haven’t really talked about the mini issues in public or private.......but......mr muddy took a call from an assistant principal the other day saying that since mini was failing all but 1 class, he would most likely be repeating his sophomore year.......well muddy and mr muddy weren’t dealing with that crP so I called and left a voicemail for his counselor that our intentions were to withdraw him from the public school system and either homeschool using the state online curriculum or wait to explore GED options. Miraculously in a call to me today, he passed 90% of first semester and should have no problem catching up and passing what he missed this semester while in quarantine and inclement weather e-learning

i’ve definitely gotten my protein today.....had some meat sticks for snack, sushi for dinner, and now banana greek yogurt with peanut butter for dessert

I am determined to hit 10,000 steps a day this week and get all my workouts done! I have one year until I turn 40, and that is when I want to hit my goal by. Getting more sleep would be nice too...
