I don't want to wear the fitbit while I sleep again, and I don't think that there is a need to.
You should wear it 24/7 until you become self-disciplined enough to remember to put it on when you get up.
 
I doubt I will get that many steps :lol:
I prefer going for walks around 3 AM, as it is a lot calmer. Usually no traffic whatsoever.
what I mean is I will get more steps in between now and 6 am than you will. I dare you to accept my challenge!
