Don't do all of your steps and working out and moving in one hour of the day and sit for the next 15.
Get up and move every single hour of the day that you're awake.

Don't try for the first couple of days.
Just do your regular routines you can get your average normal step count.

Also this thing has helped me eat better so far too because it still had all my old data from a couple years ago from the old one including weight and I was likewhen I saw how big I was then.

Today, when I wanted a PB&J randomly cause it was fast and easy and we have those really good burger type rolls perfect for it and it sounded delicious..... I was like NOPE! I need to lose weight.
So I made this instead.
Still had some toast with it but small pieces and healthier I figure.

It was!!! Hahah I just had some multigrain pita chips and roasted red pepper hummus a bit agoThat looks delicious. Now I want PB&J on toasted bread. I just had some noodles.
We processed 4 of our white leghorn roosters. They each weighed 1 lb with bonesso I will be boiling two at a time tomorrow. Going to try to make chicken pot pie
with the chicken.
