Should be exciting!! Maybe I’ll be able to do well in this one since it’s shorter 😂🤣 I think it’s supposed to rain tomorrow but I can walk inside if I have to!!! I think the mall’s closed but Walmart and Lowe’s are big 😂🤣😂
 
Yay my tracking got updating to getting here tomorrow! Hopefully that remains true and I get it tomorrow so I’ll be able to start Monday’s 5 day challenge. This weekend I’ll use it to mess with the Fitbit and learning how it works.

Thank you. I need all the help I can get. Last year I was on the LEAP diet. - I had a nutritionist do some blood work and help me. For 4 months I was not allowed any Flour, Gluten, no Dairy ( Milk- butter icecream- nothing) and no eggs, and I did not lose a pound. - BUT I felt so much better and saw some health improvements. My thyroid is fine. I am exasperated at this point. BUT Next week I am getting on the BYC Train and we will see where it goes.
