Like earlier I had almost a full pint of ice cream, saltine type crackers that I put lots of peanut butter on, and tortilla chips and salsa, and a bottle of sweet tea all at once. 😂🤣🙈
It's a heckuva lot of work to out-walk that much intake. MFP confronts you with the reality of how many (often junk) calories you're eating. It's a good buffer for your cravings. Also, walking regularly reduces stress and that often results in curbing your appetite.
 
It is so much more about nutrition than fit pal.. it tells you what you are really getting in vitamins, ( it tracks 15 vitamins), lipids,(8) minerals (12) and about 15 types of protein - PLUS it calculates caffeine and the energy you are receiving from your food.- and I have to track calcium because of my Bone density- it does all that for free.
It sounds amazing!!! But I’d probably become a bit obsessed with the numbers. 😂🤣

That’s a good point!! Although sometimes I didn’t want to know the actual stats on how bad I was eating and purposely didn’t enter them 😂🤣🙈

I’m usually good if I think about it though but earlier I hadn’t eaten all day so I pigged out at like 5 😂🤣

I did feel way better when I walked though so maybe I’ll try that again.
 
Upgrade the app, turn off Bluetooth, forget device if that doesn’t work. Also, as mentioned last night, restart your Fitbit.
I restarted my phone this morning and just deleted and redownloaded the app and it seems to be working better 🤞👏
