I was cleaning the art studio this morning and saw my treadmill and mini trampoline. I jumped for a few minutes on the trampoline inspite of my fear of the trampoline. So I am warming up my engine, and I also have been drinking a glass of celery juice each morning and purchased the books "life changing foods, and the celery juicing one. Are ya'll using fit pal app to check in with your steps? I tried that last year and it seemed to eat my phone battery terribly. Suggestions?
OH- I did not know there was 2 different fit bit things, I will try to get it to work.I don’t sync my Fitbit to My Fitness Pal app. But I did with the Fitbit app.
Celery juice?!?!
I’ve never liked celery in my life. Except cooked celery in dishes.
Curious how celery juice tastes. Does it taste like raw celery? If so then no no no nope!
I went to bed I think like just after 10, maybe 10:30??I slept at 2am and woke up around 11am
I couldn’t sleep so I stayed up looking at coop plans.
Imma try and do at least 10k steps again today. We shall see if I accomplish more.
I have also decided to get rid of sugar from my diet. We shall see how that goes. Maybe I’ll drink water every time I crave sugar or something.
It is basically not good, but I hold my nose and down it goes. I put a WHOLE celery bunch in it- it makes about 1/2 cup- the shreds pulp go to the chickens or in soup. I do it and then wait about an hour to eat.
