today there was a heat advisory cause it was like 97 with a heat index/feels like of like 105 cause of the humidity lol although it didn’t feel as hot as yesterday cause of the clouds and breeze.

I actually was outside both days but I didn’t get that many steps today cause I weeded the garden today despite the heat haha and fed the Punks

Oh, please. I was wearing thermal underwear and a snowsuit in 117*. Please don’t ask why. Let’s just say it was cold in Colorado when I fell asleep, but not in Arizona.

I’ve been having a pre-mid-life-crisis this whole month almost. Not the kind where I go buy a porche or get botox or want out of this life so no worries!! (I’ve always dreamed of being a little, old granny, so this has nothing to do with my age).

More like the kind where I have zero desire to do anything except lie in bed and sleep all day. So that’s why my Fitbit steps have been horrible.

Just wanted to check in since I’ve been MIA. I’m hopeful my crisis will be over soon, but for now I just need to keep on chugging along like a choo choo train

Yes but we’re not used to it. I would probably die if I was outside too long in those conditions.
