You can contact Fitbit through your app or your account when you log in and they can verify that it is indeed a battery problem and they will send you a label to return the Fitbit to them.I'm sure they do but from all the reading I was doing yesterday, this is a major issue with the Charge 5 and a lot of people just exchanged it. So, I don't know. I really don't want to be stuck on the phone forever, you know how that can go!
