I'm sure they do but from all the reading I was doing yesterday, this is a major issue with the Charge 5 and a lot of people just exchanged it. So, I don't know. I really don't want to be stuck on the phone forever, you know how that can go!
You can contact Fitbit through your app or your account when you log in and they can verify that it is indeed a battery problem and they will send you a label to return the Fitbit to them.
