@Kiki do you think if I message Fitbit saying that my Ionic charger isn't working they'll send a new one? I haven't had any recent experience dealing with them
Why do you think your charger is not working?
How long has it been not working and how long ago did you buy it?

You can try but if it has been too long since you bought it they will probably tell you to go by a new one.

Quit skipping lady! My new Charge 5 is great and had only been charged once, last week. It's at 49% but I haven't been as active as normal. I expect the battery life to go down to every five days ish once I start working out again

I found it. It is labeled Quick View and is a little slider thing under the device settings in the app.
