@Kiki do you think if I message Fitbit saying that my Ionic charger isn't working they'll send a new one? I haven't had any recent experience dealing with them
Why do you think your charger is not working?
How long has it been not working and how long ago did you buy it?

You can try but if it has been too long since you bought it they will probably tell you to go by a new one.
 
I love the sense overall…..the only part that I’m not too happy about is that you have to touch the screen for it to come on where I could just flip my wrist to see Charge 2
Yeah I hate that too. I thought mine was broken lol
 
Well it just doesn't charge unless the charger (which is connected via magnetism) is at a certain angle. I bought it as a refurbished one off eBay.
If you bought it refurb and/or from anybody but them or an actual licensed dealer then they probably won’t cover it.

Quit skipping lady! My new Charge 5 is great and had only been charged once, last week. It's at 49% but I haven't been as active as normal. I expect the battery life to go down to every five days ish once I start working out again

I found it. It is labeled Quick View and is a little slider thing under the device settings in the app.
