Another busy day today. The backyard is starting look good, though!

If your Fitbit is near air movement, such as wind, then it will somehow think you are climbing stairs when you are not.So, today was a LONG day. I got about 3-4 hrs sleep last night, did a mile walk with a friend during a work break, went and hiked the mountain and apparently climbed 92 flights of stairsand it is 1am here so I'm beat.
Discovered.today that my battery might not be charging as much as it should. Something I definitely need to look into.View attachment 3135829
Which model do you have?Anyone know anything about the body battery/energy level information?
I have been struggling to get mine charged, a friend/coworker who is a health coach and personal trainer thinks I'm constantly exhausted because hers is at 100 every morning. (She's not my health coach, but we do talk fitness)
Anyway, last night I made a huge effort to get to bed early and I got my battery to 91, but after what I would call a lazy day (just over 10k steps and idk how I have that many) it says my battery is down to 7! My stress was higher today but I wonder if that is because.inran out of my stress support supplement a few days ago....
Just trying to get more insight on my overall health since I'm trying not lose 15-20# and I'm not having much success.![]()
Ahhh..... Yes Fitbit does have something like that It's called a score for us though. Fitbit users.@Lemon-Drop and @tripletfeb
You both asked the same question
Maybe Fitbit doesn't offer this feature. I have a Garmin that tells me how much energy I have (not the watch) and it's called "body battery". So rest during the day or sleep at night will charge your body's battery, but stress and physical activity etc drain your battery.
I've had this 2-3 weeks now.

The concern is I'm. Ot recharging well enough or I somehow excessively.drain myself during the day. My friend says she's always at 100% in the morning and never gets drained down this far. I'm not sure which is normal. Until she said that I figured mine was normal.
She's not talking about the battery that you're thinking. It might depend on the model you have.
Sorry, I don’t really know that much.
Okay so the Fitbit version of this body battery is called a readiness score and it is based on a calculation of these three things:Anyone know anything about the body battery/energy level information?

And that is where I am. Mine also calculates in stress. So if I drink white claws I apparently am highly stressed and don't sleep.well enough and then my battery is low, however my battery is always low. I do tend to have more "go go go" than I probably should. Idk been a stressful few days and I'm waking up with a score of 20-30 out of 100.Ahhh..... For Fitbit it's calculated based on your sleep compared to your activity and if you aren't getting enough sleep and you're exercising too much your score will be low.
Oh, ok.She's not talking about the battery that you're thinking.
You absolutely are that art! It's new technology and not all versions of watches offer it so you could easily be unfamiliar.Oh, ok.
Is it the same as a sleep score for me? I don’t know what else it would be on my device (or do you need premium?)View attachment 3146557
Sorry. I’m not that smart.
