Another 90 day today, hopefully the last of the year,
at least it's the last in this heat wave.
I cannot wait to have to the windows open all day tomorrow!

Mine are open today. So far the rain has held off so I've been able to keep them open. It hasn't even gotten over 70.

We've got some rain headed in soon, it didn't get to 90.
With that front moving in it was hotter and more humid inside than outside by about 4:30.
Huge relief to open the windows wide. Ahhhhhh!!

I have been getting ready for my DH's best buddy to come for a visit.
A bit of tidying up but no cleaning as he is bringing a couple of dogs.
Had to stock up on beer and steak!

I wish we'd gotten some rain. It missed us.

I will be canning the tomatoes on the table, 4 quarts, probably. That will be it for canning tomatoes this year, yay!

And I can put the extension leaves of the table away and have some room in here again!

Next up: digging the potatoes and getting them ready for storage.
