Today is our department Christmas feast. I made roasted Brussels sprouts and butternut squash with maple glaze, pumpkin seeds and craisins. I only made a half batch because everyone goes for the junk and my food gets left behind.

I'd go for the pumpkin seeds and craisins! The other dishes sound good too.

But I am a sucker for good chocolate...

Yup, coldest so far this season....~13°.
We did get some of that lake effect, 2-3" so far and it's still coming down. Chooks did not want to go out this morning.

$440 for a phone sounds like a ridiculous amount of money for a phone, in my book. There would be no way...but then again, I am not in cell range for most of my time anyway. LOL!
Just hanging out and shoveling the drifts from yesterday off of my path and roasting a chicken for dinner on tap.

Over here, ronidazole need prescription to buy. I have a vet appointment today.
I checked this mouth yesterday afternoon I did not see those yellow cheesy bit in his mouth like b4. When I did not see it, I wonder was that the scramble egg I gave him or was it canker? I did try to get it out when I first saw it with a Q-tip, but it did not move...then it gone by itself??

Spent the day in Jacksonville yesterday taking hubby to see his pneumonologist

Then we went shopping for a new bed.

What did the vet say?

Vet says my roo has Coryza and prescribed medication Septrin 1ml a day twice a day. Meloxicam 1 a day. Vet visit again next Monday to see how my roo responses to the treatment.

The VET took 3 swaps inside my roo's mouth, physical checked- Swollen throat, the whole head is slightly swollen - face, comb, eyes..etc. everything on the head, difficulty swallowing, difficulty breathing.
