The S word is SUNNY here so we will go off and do some tree clean-up. There are some big pieces of cottonwood that are tractor worthy and being taken down to the "Never Burn Pile"...

Still tired from yesterday. I am getting stuff done, though, and I won't take a nap.

The part to fix the dryer is supposed to be here today. Hubby paid $10 extra for faster shipping. It was due to be here a week ago.

I was in TSC today. They had just gotten chicks... oh, the peeping! It's the siren song of cuteness. The attendant thought they'd be gone by day's end.

Good Morning
Coffee is being made now. It seems that the weather is changing, on your side it is getting warmer, and on my side it is getting colder.

My chickens go in the coops earlier as the day is getting shorter, by 6pm, all chickens are settled in their coops and I am in my coop.

The sun rise a bit later so I have more time getting their food out before I let them out, no pushing and jumping.

I have a hen that having a hard molt, and the weather is colder, at night she stand between 2 other hens to keep warm. I will have to lower their coop window tonight.

Groan! I am tired! Leftover homemade pizza to the rescue.
We have one more day of clean-up to do and that will be on Wed.

Back to work on this chilly day. We're not supposed to get above freezing today and dip down to the low 20s tonight. Enough is enough already.

I have muscles that are apparently waking up from hibernation and they are letting me know that it is too early in the morning or they want coffee or something! It is a slow and easy warm-up to the day...

DH made it through the night not out of the woods but can see the daylight.
Talked to 2 of his doctors this morning.
Said I was done with mud season right well heck the sun is out.
I did have my coffee this morning.
