Maybe Woody had something to do with all of this![]()
After all, poor Margie was just having a good day and she ended up with 2 horses, without even looking or wanting any more horses.

Quote: It's a little unclear just what Woody is. Until very recently, if you said "Gypsy Vanner" anywhere in Europe, you'd get a "say what?" reaction - they have a number of names there; Irish Cob, Coloured Cob, Gypsy Cob, etc. Apparently, some guy here in the U.S. decided the word "cob" didn't have enough panache, or something, and came up with the name "Gypsy Vanner," and started his own registry. Cobs, by definition, are smallish and stocky; and while a lot of people love the flash of all that hair and the loud paint job, the Gypsy Horse's stature doesn't quite meet some people's needs (they run about 14 hands - 56 inches - tall). Crossing the Shire, the Clydesdale, and the Gypsy horse together has produced another "breed," the Drum Horse, which is basically a taller version (15 hands +) of the now better known Gypsy. There are Drum Horse registries, and as is the case with a lot of the newer "breeds," there are limits on the percentage of each of the parent breeds that are allowed in animals that are registered.
