I have a lot of stuff to do today and I suppose I should get moving on it. DS# is getting an ultrasound to check on his kidneys a year after his operation to restore function in the left one. I am guessing it will be fine.

I have to move/hook up some computers today, might even get up the nerve to butcher a couple cockerels. What a combination, eh? Lol

Today at work I have to attach a skype camera to a wall behind a tv, install a video card for a Dell that loses connection to the monitors when the bosses iPhone is close to it and move purchasing information to the online accounting database on campus.

Sadly there will be a lot of other things I will have to do--Maybe escort a Turkey off of campus for example. I am the IT Guy and Jack of all trades in my Department on Campus (UC Davis)

Good news is that I have started pizza dough this morning and we can look forward do pizza tonight!

I have three cockerels to process tomorrow or Sunday. I processed two last Sunday. It makes a big difference with the ones left in the grow out pen. There are now 4 pullets and 3 cockerels. 5 to 4 was getting out of hand!

I bake pizza at least once a month on Friday. I love tacos on Friday and in the winter either clam chowder or loaded potato soup. By Friday I need a treat for dinner---and something easy to cook....

The Undergraduate counselor in my Dept. is terrified of turkeys. If they are around She will call from her car and have someone escort her from the parking lot to the building.

We love our pizza too. You sure can't buy one near as good as one made fresh at home (and it's way cheaper too).
