. DH sat up, I was like I got it, I got it. As my sweet love stumbles over to the facilities, I hear him mumble " so much for you light theory " I had to point out, oh sugar, your thick sleeping curtains are closed in here!

it is much needed this am 
I use the push mower to bag up grass clippings for the coop and run, but while mowing I noticed some small pieces of trash and broken plastic in the yard so I picked up a bag that was on the ground and decided it would make a great trash bag to pick up little things I did not want to find their way into the run. So as I am mowing I realized the baby chicks are chasing me down like the ending of a romantic comedy where the boy finally realizes which girl is for him only now he must catch her before she is gone for good. So yes those chickies are chasing flapping and squaking! Weird right I mean a gas lawn mower is not the quietest thing it is kinda scary actually. But not to those chicks. As I put away the lawn mower with chicks at my heals I finally realized the bad I picked up to put other trash in, yep it was a shredded cheese bag DH had left in the grass for the chicks to pick clean of cheese crumbles . I know ppl swear by meal worms, not here but an orange and clear rectangle bag and you start to look like a grass hopper in my yard.
