Sean, when DS$ broke his arm in a twisting motion, I thought for sure he was going to need surgery! The orthopod said no and so then we started some Chinese herbs called "The Great Mender" by Plum Flower and calcium plus other minerals for a bone supplement, and after it was done healing, the doc said that she had never seen that much healing and bone growth. Some of it was age related, but she was impressed, to say the least. Just thought I would share, jic.

Thanks Margie, I broke my leg, same leg as this time by an motorcycle accident back in 2010. Snapped my tibia and fibula. It was repaired incorrectly, the space between the two bones was a 1/4" , should have been less than .02mm. Have a titanium rod running from knee cap to ankle. Anyway, took 11months before I could walk again. I usually heal extremely fast....not this time though.
I used some herbal substances(not marijuana) :lau which helped in the healing process, too!
It made a girdle around the space of very hard bone but it's visible on the outside of my leg, it's like a ring around the bone at the site of the break.
Thanks for the info, I'll give it a try!
